Cincinnati Reds closer Aroldis Chapman remains hospitalized with broken bones after taking a line drive off the face in a Wednesday spring training game.
Chapman, one of the hardest throwers in Major League Baseball, tossed a 99-mph pitch and was struck in the face by a line drive off the bat of Kansas City Royals catcher Salvador Perez.
Doctors expect a complete recovery for Chapman, but he's not expected to pitch for six to eight weeks.
