Regulators issue complaint against Pre-Paid Legal
ADA — The Federal Trade Commission has alleged that Pre-Paid Legal Services Inc. made misleading claims in the marketing of its identity theft products, the Ada-based company disclosed today.
The news sent Pre-Paid shares sharply lower on the New York Stock Exchange . The stock was down 22 percent in early afternoon trading.
