Church celebrates anniversary
Northeast Church of Christ is in the middle of a yearlong commemoration of its 75th anniversary.
The church will host an anniversary concert and service called “Our Story” at 6 p.m. Saturday at 4817 Martin Luther King. The event will feature the Southwestern Christian College Acappella Chorus of Terrell, Texas. Jack Evans Sr., president of Southwestern Christian College, will talk about the church's history.
Other anniversary events include a workshop called “Celebrating Our Present,” June 7-9.

Faith traditions to be discussed
The Institute of Interfaith Dialog is sponsoring a panel discussion on the topic “Life Hereafter in Abrahamic Traditions” at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Raindrop Turkish House, 4444 N Classen Blvd.
Panelists include the Rev. Tom Ogburn, senior pastor of First Baptist Church of Oklahoma City; Rabbi Vered Harris of Temple B'nai Israel; and Imad Enchassi, imam and president of the Islamic Society of Greater Oklahoma City. Moderator is the Rev. Major Jemison, senior pastor of St. John Missionary Baptist Church.

Orthodox priests to visit SWOSU
WEATHERFORD — The Rev. Constantine Nasr, an Orthodox Christian priest from Palestine, will show several Christian artifacts at 5 p.m. Wednesday at Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
The session will be in Room 104 of the Gen. Thomas P. Stafford Center on campus. Accompanying Nasr will be the Rev. Methodist pastor visits city
Just a few weeks after preaching at the Inaugural National Prayer Service in Washington, D.C., the Rev. Adam Hamilton will deliver Oklahoma City University's 2013 Martha Jean Lemon Lectures on Thursday at OCU and United Methodist Church of the Servant.
