Holy Week

Good Friday concert set

Church of the Good Shepherd will host a Good Friday performance of Joseph Haydn's “Seven Last Words of Our Saviour on the Cross” at 7 p.m. Friday at 1000 N Broadway. The free symphony quartet performance will include Hon Zhu, Ralph Morris, Thedora Morris and Tess Remy-Schumacher. Seating is limited and RSVP is encouraged. Egg hunts

Metro area churches host Easter egg hunts

• Easter Egg Hunt and Spring Carnival hosted by New Covenant United Methodist Church, 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday, Ted Anderson Park, 2405 S Rankin, Edmond.

• Easter Egg Hunt and Celebration, 3 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday, 14300 N MacArthur. Families are asked to bring a dozen filled eggs per child and preregister for the event at

• Egg Run and Eggstravaganza, March 30 at Harrah Church, 101 S Dobbs in Harrah. Cost for the 1-mile Fun Run or 5K race, set for 7 a.m., is $30. The Eggstravaganza will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and include an egg hunt.
