A church spokesman said the conference's presentations will explore what Muslims believe about Jesus' identity, the status of the Bible and the Quran, as well as some of Muslims' common objections to the Christian faith.

Buddhism seminar is planned

— A Buddhism seminar titled “Love Without Pain,” will be 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at M+Yoga Studio, 7632 N Western.

The session will be taught by Kelsang Namdrol, an American Buddhist nun and resident teacher of Kalpa Bhadra Kadampa Buddhist Center in Wichita, Kan. Cost is $10. For more information, go to www.meditationinoklahoma.org.

Crafters to be featured

A craft fair will be held from 8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Nov. 10 at Draper Park Christian Church, 8500 S Walker. The sixth annual event will include 28 crafters' booths. For more information, call 634-3389.

Market benefiting missions set

The annual Earthglow Market is set for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 10 at United Methodist Church of the Servant, 14343 N MacArthur.

The event will include more than 70 vendors selling gifts, home interior decor, jewelry, candles, holiday decor and many other specialties. Lunch will be available and a bake sale also will be held.
