Thousands attend Baptist men's retreat
Almost 3,000 men attended the Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma's recent men's retreat at Falls Creek Baptist Conference Center near Davis.

The annual retreat, held April 25-26, included guest speaker Spencer Tillman and other national and local speakers, said Lisa Leininger, ministry coordinator with the convention, this week.

Leininger said more than 100 bikers took part in a motorcycle brigade to Falls Creek, which was led by Buddy Newsome with the F.A.I.T.H. Riders Motorcycle Ministry.

Called "Rewired,” the event included indoor sessions at the conference center's enclosed tabernacle, plus outdoor sessions with Sermon on the Mount leader Lew Sterrett and flyfishing expert Chuck Farneth.

Occupation 101 is listed under Religious Briefs? My God people, this is anti-Israel propaganda.

I'm simple amazed the religios reporters here are so uninformed.

This film is presented as a documentary but it is NOT based in truth. In fact, it tries to rewrite history.

Every Christian should be highly insulted that this film is even listed here for one thing, and more insulted it is being presented a factual prove of the plight of the Palestinians at the hands of the big bad Israelis.

Don't wasted your $5.00. I can tell what the root cause of the conflict is according to this version - it's all Israel's fault.

The Palestinians had an opportunity for a two state solution back in 1948 but the Arab world rejected it. This is a fact.

Palestine is never mentioned in the Bible or the Quran. This is a fact.

Israel, its children and its land is mentioned in both the Quran and the Bible. This is a fact.

Why isn't Palestine mentioned in these texts? It didn't exists back when Israel did.
