Spring concert is planned

The Oklahoma City Chapter of the Gospel Music Workshop of America will host a spring concert at 5 p.m. Sunday at Evangelistic Baptist Church of Christ, 3129 N Martin Luther King.

The choir that will perform has been under the direction of Orlando Smith for 10 years. Special guests will include James Willis & Nu Praze, Minister James Reed & Persuaded by God, and Chosen Few, among others.

Gospel singing event is set

— The Del City Gospel Singing will be at 7 p.m. May 4 at Del City First Church of the Nazarene, 4701 SE 26.

Special singing groups will be the Worley Quartet of Kentucky and soloist Randall Garland of Texas.

Admission is free. A freewill offering will be taken.
