Alan Bratton will get the chance to return the Oklahoma State men’s program to the upper echelon of college golf. Bratton will be named head men’s coach for the Cowboys as early as today, sources told GolfWeek.

Bratton, a former OSU player who had been head coach for the school’s women’s program the past two seasons, will replace Mike McGraw, who was fired by OSU athletic director Mike Holder on June 21 after eight seasons. Courtney Jones, who had been Bratton’s assistant on the OSU women’s staff, will be promoted to head women’s coach.
