Report: Patrick Beverley won't need knee surgery

Houston Rockets guard Patrick Beverley was informed Monday by knee specialist Dr. James Andrews that he will not require surgery on his damaged right knee, sources close to the situation confirmed.



Last week, Beverley was diagnosed with a torn meniscus and it was thought he would miss the rest of the season. Now, it's estimated that Beverley will be out up to two more weeks.
