Reserve funds limit insurance premium hikes for some state employees
The Oklahoma State and Education Employees Group Insurance Board on Friday adopted an overall 3.8 percent hike for its "High Option" health plan for the 2011 plan year.
The board will use $16 million in excess reserve dollars to offset the cost of additional wellness benefits and lower co-pays.
