There's more returning talent on this OU club than any other in the Bob Stoops era, with the exception of the 2004 and 2000 squads.

And those two teams played for national titles.

For the first time since Jason White won the Heisman Trophy, OU has a proven commodity returning at quarterback. The last two times that happened, the Sooners played for a national championship.

Sam Bradford is coming off one of the finest seasons by freshman quarterback in college football history after leading the nation in passing efficiency and tossing an NCAA freshman record 36 touchdowns.

But the experience doesn't stop there.

The entire offensive line, comprised entirely of seniors, returns, led by 2007 consensus All-American guard Duke Robinson.

Solid seniors Juaquin Iglesias and Manuel Johnson return for their fourth season in the receiving rotation.

But Gresham and Murray will be the primary playmakers, both coming off breakout seasons.
