Revenue dip spurs more cuts for Oklahoma agencies

Five percent budget cuts for state agencies are "very possible” each month through June, the end of the fiscal year, as revenues struggle because of lower energy prices and the effects of the national recession, state Treasurer Scott Meacham said Tuesday.
