Reward raised to $160,000 in Weleetka case

OKEMAH - The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation announced at a press conference today that the reward for information in the case of two Weleetka girls' deaths increased to $160,000.

The reward, which was $40,000, was announced at the Okfuskee County Courthouse.

Tulsa-area oilmen donated to the reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for this "shocking crisis."
