Road resurfacing project begins throughout Edmond
EDMOND — Work began this week on a $1.8 million road resurfacing project throughout the city.
The two-lane overlay project will include 11.63 miles.
Plans are to remove the top layers of asphalt and overlay roadways with asphalt. The resurfacing will make the roads smoother, said Harry Fenton , project engineer.
Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes during the construction, Fenton said.
