Police are looking for two men who pistol-whipped and tied up a woman during a robbery this morning at a legal office.

The men entered the H&H Legal office, 1201 N Rockwell Ave., about 8:30 a.m. carrying a pistol and demanding money, police Master Sgt. Gary Knight said.

The woman said one robber hit her in the mouth with the pistol, then walked her to a back room and tied her up.

The men thought they were robbing the pawn shop in the adjoining building, the victim said. The legal office does not have any cash in the office, she said.

The men stole her purse and used a credit card of hers shortly after the incident, she said.

Police are looking for two black males. One is about 5 feet 10 inches tall and 180 pounds. He was wearing a maroon T-shirt, blue jeans, a camouflage ball cap and black shoes. The other is about 5 feet 8 inches tall and 170 pounds. He was wearing a brown coat, blue jeans and a white T-shirt.

Anyone with information about the crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 235-7300.
