Robbers hit IBC Bank Wednesday in northwest Oklahoma City

Authorities are looking for two people who robbed a bank Wednesday in northwest Oklahoma City. The robbers, a man and a woman, hit the IBC Bank, 5701 N May Ave.

A man and a woman robbed a northwest Oklahoma City bank on Wednesday, the FBI reported.

About 11:15 a.m., a man and a woman entered IBC Bank, 5701 N May Ave., and approached the teller counter where they demanded money from a teller.

The woman put money in a plastic bag and the man put money in his shirt, the FBI reported. No weapons were seen and no one was injured in the robbery.

The two robbers, both black, were seen leaving the bank on May Avenue in a blue, late-1990s model Dodge Durango.

The man was described as 6 feet to 6 feet 2 inches tall, about 170 pounds and of slim build. The woman was described as being in her late 20s to early 30s, about 5 feet 2 inches to 5 feet 5 inches tall, and of petite build, the FBI reported. has disabled the comments for this article.
