Robert S. Kerr IV won't face charges

Oklahoman Published: April 27, 2001

NORMAN - Robert Samuel Kerr IV will not face drug charges as a result of his April 20 arrest.

Tim Kuykendall, Cleveland County district attorney, said prosecutors will not pursue charges because of a lack of evidence.

Norman police had arrested Kerr on a drug-possession complaint.

Kuykendall said police found a white powderlike substance in a bag on the ground near Kerr. Tests for fingerprints did not indicate the bag belonged to Kerr.
