Your thoughts!
Houston and Dallas would be great rivalries. There was a story on nba.com about changing the divisions, with OKC, NO, San An, Dallas and Houston. That would be one tough division.

hope your team becomes a bit more competitive to build a good rivalry with D and us in Houston.

I like what I see from the Thunder team Jeff Green is someone that really stands out to me. He is very consistent and solid. Westbrook is getting better and better with each game. I really enjoy watching this team grow.

Anyone on the court should be able to make free throws Rob, I expect him to be able to shoot - maybe not driving in to make lay-ups against a 7'6" center, but he should be able to score with a jump shot or a 3-pointer. A good example of what we need is Chris Paul - over 30% on 3-pointers and scores 20+ per game.

The WORST in the NBA....
Since the prestige of "We're a big league city now" seems to be a title people are willing to sacrifice for...it only seems befitting that the okaysee dunder have yet another title..that of "league's WORST"....enjoy your notoriety...
Think I'll head over to some blogs that are outside the okaysee area and see how badly the rest of the teams are laughing at the dunder.....

Westbrook is a point guard, Larry, he's not expected to be a strong shooter. His job is to run the offense. KD is the shooting guard.

Scola was a very solid player and a very good shooter - I would trade Westbrook for him in a minute, but I bet Houston wouldn't.

Westbrook is a very good player no doubt - We should get someone that can shoot the ball when we trade him. Westbrook can't even shoot free throws. I don't care if hes 22 or 32 - he shoul dbe making free throws - trade him if you want to be competitive while his stock is still high. We need a 3 point shooter as well if we have to keep coming from behind.

I have been to one game this year. The "W". I didn't see much hustle in every player, all the time. A few plays here and there, but not consistently. I can tolerate the losses but I expect to see aggressive hustle the entire game. This state is used to great basketball and if the NBA team doesn't put out the effort the fans expect, they better start looking for players that will.

"Durant is great - need to build a team around him - the rest can be traded..." (Lawrence)
Larry, Larry, Larry, Westbrook will be a superstar in the NBA and Green (the fifth overall pick in 2007) is a solid player.

Our team, win or lose. I again saw some progress. The first half was a lot of fun, and the run at the end of the third gave me hope. I feel like I'm getting to "know" the players better, and I like what I see in some of them. The NBA is a great evening of entertainment, and as long as the team plays hard, they get a buy from me this year.

The Thunder played hard and played pretty well at times. At times we didn't have a player over 22 years old on the floor. Let's support them and give them a good chance. Be patient. It will be more rewarding when the team improves and they are ours and not just some team that we bought. It could be fun watching them grow up and get better. I think everyone played hard except for Earl Watson.

Durant is great - need to build a team around him - the rest can be traded........ Honorable mention for Green though, and Joe Smith stood out as the worst on the court. The second half was a disaster - we must have missed more free throws than we made - bad. My old coach said when you lose games at the end of the game, it is because you are out of shape - the coach needs to make sure his players are in shape to play the entire game. The fist quarter looked pretty good, the second quarter was not bad, and then we went way downhill.
Positive note - there were a lot of fans at the game - now give us something to cheer about!

It was expected to be rough for a while. Too bad Scumbag's life is so sad that she waits for opportunities to comment. At least we have a team that we are going to support even through tough times.
