If it was Roger Staubach's decision, he'd draft Johnny Manziel No. 1.

The former Dallas Cowboys quarterback and Pro Football Hall of Famer told the NFL Network on Wednesday that he'd pick Johnny Football over South Carolina defensive end Jadeveon Clowney.

Staubach compared Manziel to Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, who's fresh off a Super Bowl victory against the Denver Broncos.

The Houston Texans have the No. 1 pick. Manziel is a native of Kerrville, Texas.
