NORMAN — The Canine Sports Academy will host a "sneak preview” of its new dog training center from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

The 6,200-square-foot center is at 30217 Santa Fe Ave. west of Riverwind Casino. It is built on five acres and will accommodate two training rings for classes and functions.
The preview is being held in conjunction with the American Kennel Club's "Responsible Dog Ownership Day,” an annual activity held to educate dog owners. The event will include obedience demonstrations.
The Canine Sports Academy will host classes in puppy socialization, basic obedience and competitive obedience along with conformation, rally obedience and agility. Classes are scheduled to begin Sept. 24.
