Fennig has been paired with Matt Kenseth, who is leaving at the end of the season.
He'll move to the No. 99 team with Edwards next year. Kenseth's replacement, Ricky Stenhouse Jr., will be paired with crew chief Scott Graves, who has been working in the Nationwide Series this season. Graves led Edwards to a win at Watkins Glen in his first race as crew chief this year.
