Royalty owners due payment urged to file SemGroup liens
TULSA — Oklahoma royalty owners who were getting paid by privately-owned SemGroup are being encouraged this week to file liens against the company if they aren't getting paid.
SemGroup filed for bankruptcy on July 22, and the National Association of Royalty Owners , based in Tulsa, wants the owners to know they have that option.
