Ruling backs MidFirst bank guard in death
The security guard who shot a woman to death during a Saturday bank robbery apparently acted appropriately, the district attorney said.
Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater made the preliminary determination Monday and credited the guard, whose name has not been released, with possibly saving lives.
