National Day of Prayer events in Oklahoma and beyond will proceed without looming court challenge

National Day of Prayer activities took place last year despite a federal court ruling declaring the prayer day unconstitutional.

This year’s prayer day activities on May 5 will not have a judicial threat looming over them.

A federal appeals court recently overturned U.S. District Judge Barbara Crabb’s ruling against the law on which the National Day of Prayer is based.
