Sandra Bullock's Husband Faces Possible Custody Battle

Jesse James faces a custody battle over his five-year-old daughter with his ex wife, former adult film star Janine Lindemulder, that seems to be putting his current wife, actress Sandra Bullock, in the middle.

Janine was recently released from prison after spending six months behind bars. Jesse and Janine have a 5-year-old girl named Sunny together, who currently lives with Jesse and Sandra.

Back in 2008 when Lindemulder was sentenced on reported tax evasion charges, Sandra wrote in a letter to the judge, "As information was brought to Jesse's attention about Janie's drug use, and Sunny's safety, and isolation, he was compelled to take matters to court."
