Santa Fe Depot in Norman announces events

NORMAN — Artists Carolyn Fraser, Corazon Watkins and Betty Wood opened a collaborative exhibit this week at the Santa Fe Depot that explores “Dreams.”

A reception for the artists will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the depot, 200 S Jones Ave. The artists will make presentations at 7 and 8 p.m. during the opening reception to discuss their work.

The exhibit will run through April 28.

The reception is part of this month's Second Friday Circuit of Art. For a full schedule of Friday's events, go to www.2ndfridaynorman.com.

At 2 p.m. Sunday, author and artist John Harkey Brandenburg will give a free poetry reading at the depot.
