SAUCED also offers catering services for events ranging from children's birthday parties to weddings.
In addition to the main eating and serving area, there is the Annex, which serves as "a private community center, open to the public — its a DIY venue." Performing and visual artists are given a venue to display local talent, but is not limited to these types of function.
The Annex also has been used for PTSA meetings, weekly House Church, or meet-up groups. Clubs and organizations from the girl scouts to Star dance Swan have used it and management says it even plans on donating its use to some Paseo neighbors for art classes.
The Annex does not bring any profit to the SAUCED business, but it remains a vital part of SAUCED.
