Scholarships funded in honor of Edmond coach
EDMOND — The children of longtime University of Central Oklahoma football coach and professor Phil Ball have endowed three scholarships in honor of their father.
Ball created the three scholarships at his retirement from UCO in 1993. His son, Keith Ball , and daughter, Donna Hirst , have donated the funds needed to fully endow the scholarships.
