Schools, Tulsa posts top ballots

Voters will head to the polls Tuesday to decide on school bond proposals while Tulsans will be selecting a new mayor and several council members.
In the Putnam City School District, voters are being asked to decide on two propositions worth more than $80 million, which would include construction of an elementary school, high school athletic facilities and buses.Advertisement
