Imani Noel Sincere was wearing blue jeans with a pink and orange shirt, pink jacket and blue shoes. Her hair was styled into several ponytails.

Imani was last seen with Rusty Abrams in a car in the 2600 block of SW 74 about 1 p.m. Sunday, Oklahoma City police Master Sgt. Gary Knight said. The vehicle is a silver, two-door 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix with Oklahoma license tag 852-XPG.

Abrams also has not been seen since he left the home with Imani. Abrams is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 190 pounds and has acne on the left side of his face and a cut on his left arm, said Imani’s mother, Tiffany Washington.

Abrams lives with Imani and Washington, who said she is his former girlfriend.

Not an abduction

Police are not investigating Imani’s disappearance as an abduction and Abrams is not a suspect in the child’s disappearance, Knight said.

Washington said Abrams told her that he was going to take the child with him while he returned a DVD to a store less than two miles away.

Washington told The Oklahoman that Abrams has taken Imani on car rides before, but they’ve never been gone this long. She said she thought he would be responsible with her daughter.

Anyone who may know Imani’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or Washington at 628-9308.
