The events surrounding the fatal shooting of an Oklahoma City woman and her unborn child are detailed in a search warrant filed Thursday in Oklahoma County District Court.

Latisha Shaw, 18, was found suffering from a gunshot wound to her lower torso in a parking lot in the 2600 block of Martin Luther King Avenue the night of March 30. She was taken to OU Medical Center, where she died, according to a warrant filed Thursday.

Shaw was pregnant when she was killed, the state medical examiner’s office reported.

Earlier that night, a fight between Darrin Lee and three other men broke out at 2002 NE 28, court records show. Lee reportedly stabbed two of the men, and one of the men said that he was going to get a gun, according to the warrant.

Shaw, Lee and another woman climbed through a back window of the home and headed south on Martin Luther King when someone began firing shots, the warrant states.

Shaw was hit by a bullet as she ran south.

Two of the three men thought to be involved in the incident have been identified by police. No arrests had been made in the case as of Friday, according to Oklahoma City police.
