The list of prescriptions Daniel Green was taking at the time he was accused of killing four of his family members was sought by investigators in a search warrant filed Tuesday.

Green, 40, is charged with four counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of his mother, Sallie Green, 57; his sister, Rebecca Cizek, 34; and Cizek's children, Katherine Cizek, 16, and Amario Dominguez III, who was 6 months old. They were found dead of apparent gunshot wounds Aug. 14 in the southeast Oklahoma City house he shared with them.

At the scene, investigators found numerous prescriptions for Green, some of them empty and expired. A complete and current list of prescriptions is sought from Walgreens, 4500 S Shields Blvd., according to the warrant.

Green suffers from a history of depression and schizophrenia. He was reportedly obsessed with former Disney star Selena Gomez and told police his family was trying to keep him from his one true love.

A mental competency hearing has not been held. Green's next court appearance is scheduled for Oct. 28.
