Seat-belt actions help drive down traffic deaths 9.2% in Oklahoma

An all-time high seat-belt compliance rate and seat-belt enforcement education led to a 9.2 percent drop in Oklahoma traffic-related deaths from 2007 to 2008, officials said Friday.
