Sentencing is reset for Fisher

A judge has delayed former Insurance Commissioner Carroll Fisher's sentencing to 1:30 p.m. Feb. 21.

Fisher, 66, remains in the Oklahoma County jail. A jury last week found him guilty of embezzlement and perjury in a campaign-corruption case.

He faces up to three years in prison and $20,000 in fines.

District Judge Susan Caswell put off the sentencing because of a scheduling conflict.
