Sequoyah-Tahlequah quarterback Brayden Scott commits to Memphis

Brayden Scott, the top quarterback in the state in the 2013 class, committed to Memphis on Saturday. Scott chose the Tigers over offers that included Arizona, Arizona State, Clemson, Iowa State, Missouri, Purdue and Tennessee.

Sequoyah-Tahlequah's Brayden Scott, the top quarterback in the state in the 2013 class, committed to Memphis on Saturday.

Scott chose the Tigers over offers that included Arizona, Arizona State, Clemson, Iowa State, Missouri, Purdue and Tennessee.

Scott is in Austin, Texas, this week preparing for the IFAF Under-19 World Championship that starts Saturday, June 30. Edmond Santa Fe's Khari Harding, an Arkansas commit, is also on Team USA.

Scott was No. 3 on the latest full list of The Oklahoman's Super 30 ranking of the state's top recruits.
