Oklahoma City Thunder forward Serge Ibaka was named to the NBA All-Defensive First Team on Monday by the league.
Ibaka was second in the league in blocks per game with 2.7 (Anthony Davis, 2.8) and averaged a career-best 8.8 rebounds per game in the regular season.
Ibaka was joined on the First Team by NBA Defensive Player of the Year Joakim Noah of the Chicago Bulls, Indiana Pacers guard Paul George, Los Angeles Clippers guard Chris Paul and Golden State Warriors swingman Andre Iguodala.
Among other Thunder players receiving All-Defensive team votes were Kevin Durant with 10 (two first-place votes), Thabo Sefolosha with eight (1), Russell Westbrook with five (1) and Reggie Jackson with one.
