Severe storms possible in Oklahoma again Monday

Storms are possible in Oklahoma Monday. The National Weather Service forecast reports weather conditions for more storms.

More severe storms are possible Monday and Monday night in Oklahoma, the National Weather Service reports.

The Oklahoma City forecast is as follows:

Monday: Scattered showers and thunderstorms after 11 a.m. Some of the storms could be severe. Partly sunny with a high near 84. South wind 9 to 14 mph with gusts as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent.

Monday night: A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Some of the storms could be severe. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 64. East southeast wind 10 to 15 mph becoming light southeast after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 21 mph.

Tuesday A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny with a high near 77. Southeast wind 6 to 15 mph becoming north in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 21 mph.

Tuesday night: Partly cloudy with a low around 56. North wind 5 to 9 mph becoming calm in the evening.
