Bust all their little butts until they start saying "Yes, Mr. [or Ms.]"! No more of this, "Your not my parent, you can't tell me what to do!" business. :>)

Jimmy/Sandy Shores - I am marking my calendar today, because I actually agree with everything you wrote. Thanks for saying it so well.

It makes no difference what color you are, if you need your butt busted then you deserve it. You shouldn't be doing anything wrong in the first place. This is exactly what's wrong with kids today somebody always sticks their nose in where it doesn't concern them and the kids that actually need some dicipline do not get it because people are afraid of lawsuits. I firmly believe they need their butt busted at school and again when they get home. Enough with putting up with crap from some troublemaker.

I am American Indian, and in response to Lynne's comment, this IS my home country. Before any one makes judgements on how minorities are treated, try BEING a minority. My question about this study would be, what is the ethnicity of the person enforcing the punishment? And why did they not include that in the study?

Maybe the whites are just not complaining and whining as much about being paddled. Who turned in the reports? A minority? Just really tired of hearing about all of this stuff. Glass half empty? Half full? I say let's concentrate on the good and not the bad. I don't think this minority stuff is being told truthfully anymore. I think they are getting treated very good. Better than their home countries.

Maybe minorities act up more? Who knows??? I'm a white boy, but I sure got more than my fair share of swats - and deserved all but one that I got.
