Shawnee Police Association casts no-confidence vote on chief
SHAWNEE — The Shawnee Police Association has cast a no-confidence vote regarding police Chief Russell Frantz , president Ken King said.
The vote was taken Thursday. King said the vote was a direct result of a series of actions by Frantz. The association said directives issued by Frantz have delayed response times to calls from citizens needing police assistance.
