Shooting reported in Oklahoma City, police responding

A shooting has been reported in Oklahoma City.

10:10 a.m. A man told police he was walking along the Interstate 240 Service Road in front of a convenience store near S Douglas Avenue when he was shot about 8:45 a.m. Wednesday. He told police a car stopped, words were exchanged and someone in the car shot him. He was taken to a hospital, police Sgt. Jennfier Wardlow reports.

The man’s injuries are not life-threatening, she said.

8:52 a.m. A possible shooting was reported at 7400 S Douglas Ave. Wednesday. But Oklahoma City police have not found a victim, reports Master Sgt. Gary Knight. A man said he was shot in the leg.
