Position: Safety Ht/Wt.: 6-0/195 Chose OU over: LSU, USC, Miami, Kansas, Texas, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Texas Tech, Missouri Where he fits on the depth chart: Brent, one of the most coveted recruits in this class, could see playing time immediately at safety with Nic Harris and Lendy Holmes (also a South Oak Cliff alum) both graduating. Quinton Carter is the only returning safety with any significant experience. Long-term impact: In 2010, Brent could team up with Sam Proctor, Joseph Ibiloye and Javon Harris to form a talented, young foursome at safety.
