PERRY — A Silver Alert has been issued for a Perry man last seen Sunday afternoon at Perry Memorial Hospital, authorities said.
Francis Gene Ritter, 77, was last seen about 3:30 p.m. walking north from 14th and Elm wearing blue jeans and a blue plaid shirt, police said.
Ritter suffers from dementia and Alzheimer's, police said.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
