Six counts of murder filed in Oklahoma City house fire
Prosecutors today filed six first-degree murder counts against David Allen Tyner in the Nov. 9 deaths of four people and two unborn babies.
Tyner, 28, of Locust Grove is in Oklahoma County jail.
The victims were found in a house in southwest Oklahoma City authorities say was intentionally set on fire.
