Sleet, rain possible today in Oklahoma

Isolated sleet and freezing rain this morning may develop north of Interstate 40 and east of I-35.
Otherwise, there's a slight risk of severe storms today in the state, according to the National Weather Service. Forecasters said the significant storm system will affect the region on Thursday and Friday.
A winter storm warning is effective until noon today for Craig, Delaware, Nowata, Ottawa and Washington counties.
A winter storm warning means significant amounts of ice is accumulating, causing hazardous driving conditions.
A winter weather advisory is effective until noon today for Creek, Mayes, Muskogee, Okmulgee, Osage, Pawnee, Rogers, Tulsa and Wagoner counties.
A winter weather advisory means that periods of freezing periods, occasionally mixed with sleet, will cause travel difficulties. Motorists should be aware of slick road.
The temperature in Oklahoma City at 9 a.m. today was 31 degrees with a 26-degree wind chill factor.
In Tulsa, the temperature was 30 degrees with a 25-degree wind chill factor.
