Slightly warmer, dry conditions expected across Oklahoma

Sunny skies and warmer temperatures should begin returning to Oklahoma after a chilly start to the weekend.

The National Weather Service said Sunday will be sunny, with highs in the lower 60s in the northeast and southeast and the lower 70s in the Panhandle and southwest.

Overnight lows will drop into the lower 30s in the Panhandle and the upper 30s and lower 40s elsewhere in Oklahoma as skies remain mostly clear.

Skies will be sunny again on Monday. Highs will be in the mid 50s in west-central and northeastern Oklahoma and in the lower 60s in the Panhandle and southern parts of the state.

Tuesday will be mostly clear, with highs ranging from the upper 50s in west-central and northeastern Oklahoma to the lower 70s in the Panhandle.

Highs will reach the mid 60s in western and northeastern Oklahoma on Wednesday and the lower 70s in the southeast. Skies will remain clear.
