Small plane makes forced landing near Sapulpa

SAPULPA (AP) — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says there were no injuries when the pilot of a small airplane made a forced landing near Sapulpa.

The OHP says the pilot of the Cessna aircraft reported engine troubles and was forced to land Tuesday morning. Troopers were called to the scene shortly after 9 a.m.

The OHP says the Federal Aviation Administration has been contacted and will investigate the incident.
