I liked the piece, but got impression you were also going to show the other side of the story. A good place to start would be how Megastar was going to make Eufaula the Branson of Oklahoma. You might also want to look at Hinton and how they were going to be the cocoa oil capitol of the world and rake in millions of dollars. There are other examples, but they all seem to have one thing in common; the naivete of the town leaders and the sweet siren song of a clever crook.
