BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) — A combination of snow, sleet and freezing rain has led to some accidents in Vermont.

Vermont State Police say a tractor-trailer rollover crash on Interstate 89 in Milton has closed the left lane for several hours Monday as emergency crews work to off load the tractor-trailer unit and remove the truck.

The driver suffered minor injuries and was treated and released at the scene. The accident happened late Sunday.

The vehicle was hauling 6,500 gallons of glycerin, considered to be a non-hazardous material.

The National Weather Service says a winter advisory is expected to remain in effect until Monday afternoon.

On Sunday, snow squalls caused at least five crashes on Interstate 91 near Brattleboro.

Another rollover happened on Interstate 189, sending the 21-year-old driver to the hospital.
