The U.S. Small Business Administration is offering the loans to non-farm businesses affected by extreme weather that includes drought and high winds since Jan. 1.

The primary disaster area is in Kansas but includes Cimarron and Texas counties in the Oklahoma Panhandle.

Businesses primarily involved in farming or ranching are not eligible for the SBA loans and should contact the Farm Services Agency.
