Some systems refuse to pay for Thunder games

Fox Sports Oklahoma’s Oklahoma City Thunder telecasts are not reaching all of the state. Four cable systems, representing more than 100,000 subscribers, have decided not to pay an additional fee to the network to carry the package, network spokesman Ramon Alvarez said.
